Balanced diet: Ensure your diet involve proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Make sure you eat healthy throughout the day. In the Massachusetts Male Aging Study, eating a diet rich in fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and fish — with fewer red and processed meat and refined grains — decreased the likelihood of ED.

Fasting: Definitely, one would need to separate himself from all other things and conduct seasoned fasting. It does not just help you spiritually but is also a perfect way to reboot your organs and body systems. Be careful to begin moderately and end with soft foods. This revamps and resuscitates optimal body functions.

Don't brag or be proud: Some men maybe too proud to let their women know they are having a problem. They will rather keep quiet about it. This maybe as a result of pride and ego they have. Talk to your lady and let her know how you feel. Communication is key when it comes to intimate matters such as intercourse. If you have failed, let her not criticize as that will make you more ashamed and afraid of failing. Through talks, she might suggest ways in which you can curb the problem than her going for ‘mpango wa kando.’
